Main Machine

The body of the press machine is made of high-quality steel plates. The base frame of the deep throat press machine is designed with reinforcing ribs, ensuring the stability and non-deformation of the body, as well as the stability and low noise of the machine's movement.  It uses a domestically produced high-quality copper-core motor with sufficient power. It is controlled by pneumatic valves to achieve single and continuous conversion of the press machine's operation. The gears are precisely machined from high-quality cast iron, with a wide and thick design, providing sufficient power.  The crankshaft is forged from 45# steel and then precisely machined, with high strength and excellent stability.
