1. The stroke times of sliding block are 50-100 times / min, the working speed is fast, the contact time between die and workpiece is short, the temperature of die is low, and the life of die is high;
2. The flywheel has large moment of inertia and high output energy, which is especially suitable for hot forging and extrusion process of various parts;
3.  Machine tool adopts two-stage transmission structure, adding a set of gear transmission, which has higher output energy than machine tool;
4. The fuselage is a welded combined fuselage, and adopts high-strength pull rod hydraulic preloading, which is convenient for disassembly and transportation, with good overall rigidity and high forging accuracy;
5. The table of machine is widened, which improves the adaptability of production technology;
6. Wide body double point integral connecting rod and extended guide rail design, strong anti eccentric load capacity, can be set in multiple stations;
7. It has side window, can feed material horizontally, and can realize multi position automatic forging with stepping manipulator, with high forging automation degree;
