The features of the Bescomt hot forging press machine:

The high-rigidity body design, high-quality steel plate welding, high stability and reliability. 
By reducing the internal stress, the whole machine has high precision:
1. High machining precision, low noise, low comprehensive gap and compact structure. 
2. The six-sided long guide rail with symmetrical slider is used for guiding, which has high precision and stable operation. 
3. The adjustment of mold height is accurate, safe, convenient and reliable. 
4. The crankshaft is forged and ground by high-frequency quenching, with smooth finish and flexible rotation.

Key Configurations

1.The steel plate at the top of the rack is strengthened to greatly improve the rigidity of the rack,reduce deformation,and give consideration to the convenience of installation and

maintenance.

2.The deflection of the worktable is designed to be more than 1/12000,which improves the accuracy of the forging and the life of the die.

3.The frame is thickened by plate to improve the rigidity of the frame.

4.The rack is annealed to enhance its staility.
