The production process of the nut production line:

1. Cutting of the blank material   2. Heating of the blank   3. Pressing and forming of the blank (usually completed in 3 steps)     

4. High-quality finished nut with inclined surface chamfering  5. Thread tapping of the bolt  6. Blackening and rust prevention treatment.

The production process of the bolt production line:

1. Cutting of the bar stock  2. Heating of the bar stock  3.Inserting the bar stock into the mold for stamping  4.Cutting off the burrs at the bolt head shape   5.Chamfering the bottom of the bolt   6.Tapping the outer threads of the bolt  7.Blackening and rust-proof treatment of the bolt. This is the hot stamping process used for bolts with a diameter larger than M12. For smaller bolts, the production is carried out using a cold heading machine.

The unique workbench structure, with the workbench structure optimized through finite element analysis, enables the deflection Sx generated during the shearing process to compensate for the deflection of the tool holder caused by the shearing force, ensuring that the edge gap along the full length of the machine remains consistent, thereby improving the shearing accuracy and quality.
