The production process of the bolt production line: 

1. Cutting of the bar stock  2. Heating of the bar stock  3.Inserting the bar stock into the mold for stamping  4.Cutting off the burrs at the bolt head shape   5.Chamfering the bottom of the bolt   6.Tapping the outer threads of the bolt  7.Blackening and rust-proof treatment of the bolt. This is the hot stamping process used for bolts with a diameter larger than M12. For smaller bolts, the production is carried out using a cold heading machine.
