Main parts

· The uncoiler is composed by steel plate, slide plate, main shaft, side plate, bearing, bearing block, four arc plates nesting,etc.

· The coaxiality is guaranteed to be below 0.015mm. · · The main shaft of the material frame is made of 40Mn tube forging. After spheroidizing annealing and quenching and tempering treatment, the flexibility of · the main shaft is greatly enhanced, which is superior to the common carbon steel pipe commonly used in the industry.

Function

· Fixed the coil to achieve unwinding function, with brake. The car makes the inner holes of steel coils aim at the de-coiler center.

· The hydraulic expand and shrink de-coiler is driven by hydraulic, to tight the inner hole of steel coil.
