Main Features

1) The whole machine is in sheet plate welded structure, with internal stress eliminated by vibration aging technology,high strength and good rigidity og machine.
2) Double hydraulic oil cylinder is applied for upper transmission, prouded with, mechanical limit stopper and synchronous torsion bar,typical of stable and reliable operation, as well as high precision.
3) Electrical cintrol and manual fine-tuning, mode are adopted for distance of rear stopper and stroke of gliding block, and fitted with digital diaplay device,easy and quick in use.
4) Upper dies is fitted with deflection compensation device.

Manual press brake is divided into mechanical manual press brake and electric manual press brake, hydraulic press brake by synchronously and can be divided into: torsion axis press brake, electric-hydraulicpress brake.Hydraulic press brake according to the movement mode and can be divided into: down moving and up moving type

Machine Body     
The machine body is in an overall processed structure and ANSYS finlte element analysis to main parts of the
machine body for analysis,which has ensure the reliability of machine tool and the precision of the entire
machine.

Upper die is a kind of machanical hook-type clampings, higher safety when exchanging dies. 
 

Hydraulic control system
Hydraulic control system import  from germany is adopted for the whole hydraulic system,simplify the installation
of pipelines to ensure stable operation as well as simple and nice appearance of the machine tool.

Grating Ruler
C-shaped plates are fitted on both sides of the machine body,the high precision grating rule is mounted on the
C-shape plates,thus to avoid the infuence over pending precision arising from distortion of machine body during
bending process

Siemens motor
Servo motor can make the control speed, position accuracy is very accurate, the voltage signal can be converted into torque and speed to drive the control object.Siemens servo system can achieve excellent dynamic positioning and accurate motion control sequence, and rich Siemens servo motor products compact structure, can achieve excellent dynamic characteristics and operational efficiency

2.All the spare parts of the machine were covered by the some soft materials mainly using pearl wool.
