Production Process

Bolts and Nuts Production line

The production process of the bolt production line includes: 

1. Bar stock cutting; 2. Heating of the bar stock; 3.The bar stock is put into the die and formed by stamping; 4. Flash should be cut off from the special-shaped bolt heads; 5. Chamfer at the bottom of the bolt; 6.Thread rolling of the outer thread of the bolt; 7. Anti-rust treatment for blackening of bolts.
This is for bolts with models larger than M12, the hot stamping process is used. For small-sized bolts, cold heading machines are adopted for production.

The production process of the nuts production line includes: 

1. Blank cutting; 2. Embryo heating; 3. Blank stamping forming (generally completed in 3 steps); 4. The finished nuts are required to have a high bevel and chamfer shape; 5. Tapping of bolt threads Blackening and anti-rust treatment.
The red punching processing of nuts is generally M12 or above, and small-sized ones are produced by cold heading machines.
